“I have been asked by Paul White of Absolute Chimney Service to provide a reference concerning his installation of my chimney liner. While I have not had a chance to observe the liner operating during the heating season, I can comment on some characteristics I have observed.
Mr. White did not pressure me in any way toward or against a product he was representing. He gave me data sheets and any information that I required to make my decision he provided readily. He was very knowledgeable of chimney structure and even found issues with my existing chimney that I had never seen. This I believe occurred due to his experience in the field. It was a comfort knowing that my chimney would be worked on by someone who knew what he was doing. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction and did not answer with a quick impatient attitude. When he installed my liner it required a certain amount of “cement” that was placed around the liner to create a rigidity for the length of the liner. He had provided the amount necessary and was questioning whether to place more in the chimney just to make sure. This he did as an extra measure which he did not have to do.
I appreciated the fact that he wanted tohave a job well done instead of a job just being “done.” I do not think that you will be disappointed if you have Mr. White service your chimney needs. I look forward to a nice warm winter burning wood with my newly installed chimney liner.”

“Paul White of Absolute Chimney Service is professional, knowledgeable, reliable, pleasant, fast and clean.
He fully explained all details of chimney care and cleaning as well as my need for a chimney liner. He also gave me pamphlets and literature with pictures and diagrams. I could visually see what he was talking about. His prices are fair. He offered advice and extended his service beyond my expectations. I definitely intend to use his services again in the spring.”
